Gender stereotypes and driving

The existence of gender stereotypes in a woman has a very negative impact on the success of her driving. All novice motorists are facing some difficulties in mastering the car. But women who support insolvency stereotype of women as drivers give in quickly enough to these difficulties, easily convincing themselves of their insolvency, thereby reaffirming the stereotype of personal experience. This is facilitated by the attitude of many other more experienced or more aggressively-minded road users, demonstrating their extremely negative attitude to women at the wheel. Women who don't adhere the stereotype, persistently and thoroughly learn driving skills, and by the difficulties encountered are treated as inevitable, but realistically surmountable for the driver-newcomer, regardless of sex.

Denial of this stereotype can be extremely useful for all motorists. Statistics shows fatal accidents through the fault of women are much lower than the fault of men. This shows not only the consistency of women as a driver, but also on their responsible operation of the vehicle.
